How to invest in Adaptive Paradigm Alpha
There are several ways to invest in Adaptive Paradigm Alpha. Before you invest, we recommend you to read the key investor information document as well as the fund information broschure carefully.
The seed class is currently open for investments.
Alternative 1 (direct investment):
The fund can be invested in directly via the fund company. To invest via the fund company, fill in the applicable client form below and send it to client@adaptivehedge.com to submit your client information. After we have recieved and registered your complete form, you will receive a welcome letter with information on how to make your first investment into the fund.
The client forms below are in Swedish.
Alternative 2 (via distributors):
The fund can also be invested in via select distributors. Currently, the fund is available on the following platforms:
- Fondo Solutions AB (will be available on the Fondo fund list when launch date is set)

Unit class A is open for retail investors with a minimum investment of 10 000 SEK. It has a management fee of 1.79% and performance fee of 20%.
Unit class B has a minimum investment of 2 500 000 SEK. It has a management fee of 1.25% and a performance fee of 20%.
Unit class C has a minimum investment of 25 000 000 SEK. It has a management fee of 1.00% and a performance fee of 20%.
Unit class D target the fund seed investors, with a minimum investment of 500 000 SEK. It has a management fee of 0.80% and a performance fee of 20%. It will be soft closed for additional investments after launch.
